Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read technical documentation and visual schematics.
- Ability to identify electrical and hydraulic symbols.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of engines (preferred).
- Hands-on knowledge of the product line (desirable).
- Knowledge of construction and/or automotive equipment (plus).
- Experience in customer service or technical support (preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
- Receive calls from customers on equipment operating troubles.
- Interview customers to understand operating symptoms and advise on solutions.
- Provide warranty and operating information to customers.
- Identify parts and supplies needed to restore equipment.
- Communicate equipment problems or enhancements to internal teams.
- Prepare and deliver formal training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Travel to customer locations occasionally to oversee and repair operational problems.
- Investigate accidents and equipment failures to determine causes.
