Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in account management, client success, or B2B sales.
- Experience in FMCG or retail tech preferred.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Good understanding of IT products and B2B SaaS.
- Experience with client onboarding and implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with FMCG retail clients.
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Support client onboarding and implementation, ensuring timelines and goals are met.
- Monitor account performance, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement.
- Address and resolve client concerns proactively and effectively.
