Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of IT products and B2B SaaS.
  • Experience with client onboarding and implementation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with FMCG retail clients.
  • Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Support client onboarding and implementation, ensuring timelines and goals are met.
  • Monitor account performance, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Address and resolve client concerns proactively and effectively.
