Requirements

- Active license to practice law in Texas
- 3+ years of experience in insurance, personal injury, or property damage law preferred
- Strong legal writing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently
- Prior experience with diminished value claims
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze client files, accident reports, repair estimates, and appraisal documentation.
- Draft and send demand letters to insurance companies.
- Negotiate settlements for diminished value claims.
- Maintain communication with clients regarding the status of their cases.
- Prepare case files for litigation when necessary.
- Support attorneys in hearings or mediations related to diminished value claims.
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures and internal case protocols.
