Requirements
- Background or education in psychology, counseling, or human resources.
- Proven experience assessing different types of risk.
- Proven experience bringing creative solutions to a growing organization.
- Demonstrated empathy in professional settings.
- Experience driving inclusion work.
- Strong consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills.
- Fluency in one of the following: German, French, Arabic, Spanish, Italian, or Polish.
Responsibilities
- Balance wellbeing and risk considering employee, business, and company perspectives.
- Resolve reported wellness incidents quickly and with empathy.
- Connect impacted individuals to appropriate resources.
- Design and deliver targeted solutions focused on scale and growth.
- Provide strategic planning on people processes and change management.
- Assess root cause trends and make recommendations to all levels of the organization.
- Partner with HR, Learning & Development, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions.
