Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience managing enterprise Microsoft infrastructure.
- 10+ years experience supporting Microsoft technologies in complex/enterprise environments.
- Experience with Active Directory and Entra/Azure AD (including Entra Connect).
- Proven experience with Exchange Server/Online and SharePoint administration.
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and reporting.
- Experience with RDS roles (Session Host, Connection Broker, Gateway, Licensing).
- Experience working in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or consulting role.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
- Microsoft certifications (AZ-104, MS-102, SC-300, AZ-800/801).
Responsibilities
- Design, manage, and troubleshoot hybrid Active Directory environments (on-prem and Entra ID).
- Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.
- Manage Exchange Server (2013/2016/2019) including databases, DAGs, and connectors.
- Maintain patch management best practices using native tools or RMM platforms.
- Automate routine administrative tasks with PowerShell.
- Develop IT roadmaps and provide advisory/project implementation support to customers.
- Respond to escalated technical issues.
- Lead knowledge sharing and service improvement initiatives.
