Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, CS, engineering, or project management.
- 4+ years of experience in managing moderate to high-complexity agile projects.
- Experience working in ADO.
- Experience working closely with Business Analysts and Developers through the SDLC.
- Strong practical knowledge of SAFe, product development, information architecture, usability testing, and UX/UI.
- Experience in implementing CMS solutions.
- Familiarity with technical architectural considerations for complex systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with business product owners, business heads and delivery heads to execute the product strategy and roadmap.
- Ensure appropriate research and user testing are done before building solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert for PI planning, ART sync, sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and maintaining/controlling a backlog.
- Write effective use cases that address user needs.
- Define and instrument success criteria measured by qualitative and quantitative feedback.
- Work with Engineering Leads to manage technical debt and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Manage an effective and groomed backlog.
- Define Acceptance Criteria and ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage team with proactive talent development.
