Requirements
- 6 to 10 years in compliance testing or internal audit within banking
- Hands on testing across one or more domains: BSA, AML, Sanctions, Payments, Fair Lending, CRA, UDAAP, Privacy, GLBA, and SOX
- Strong sampling and testing methodology including design, operating effectiveness, and evidence standards
- Experience with issue management, retest, validation, and metrics for management and board
- Proficiency with Excel and SQL basics
- Experience with a GRC platform such as Archer or ServiceNow
- Clear writing that meets examiner grade expectations
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the annual test plan and risk-based scoping with coverage maps
- Execute walkthroughs and control testing and sampling and evidence collection
- Produce reports with issue rating and root cause and action plans and due dates and owners
- Track remediation and perform validation testing with documented closure
- Partner with first line and audit and model risk for coordinated coverage and reduced overlap
- Provide dashboards on coverage and findings and themes and overdue items and repeat issues
