Requirements
- 5+ years operating in the ServiceNow ecosystem at a senior level (architect, delivery lead, or practice manager)
- Proven track record of building and leading consulting or professional services teams across global geographies
- Experience managing teams across multiple time zones
- Strong delivery instincts and project oversight capability
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture and AI capabilities (Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Workflow Data Fabric)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations (RPA/UiPath, Azure OpenAI, Databricks)
- Working knowledge of LLMs in enterprise automation contexts
- Experience working alongside commercial or GTM functions in a consulting environment
Responsibilities
- Maintain visibility across all active ServiceNow projects, spotting risk early and intervening when needed
- Set and enforce delivery standards, governance, and ways of working across the practice
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex or at-risk engagements
- Build and lead a globally distributed ServiceNow delivery team
- Own hiring decisions across geographies
- Create clear career pathways and development plans for consultants, architects, and developers
- Champion the use of AI tooling within delivery to accelerate documentation, coding, and QA
- Capture reusable assets (accelerators, templates, frameworks) from delivery
- Support pre-sales and scoping conversations to ensure delivery credibility
