Requirements
- 5+ years of specialized expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ (Oracle), and Eloqua.
- Strong background in business analysis, problem solving, troubleshooting, and debugging.
- Proven experience with Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce configurations.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ solutions.
- Conduct discovery workshops, gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into user stories and functional/technical specifications.
- Provide ongoing support post-implementation by analyzing case trends, resolving issues, and recommending process improvements.
- Develop KPIs and dashboards using Salesforce Einstein Analytics to provide actionable business insights.
- Facilitate communication between business and IT teams, ensuring clear understanding and smooth delivery of features.
- Lead due diligence efforts and transformation roadmaps for operational and technological improvements.
