Requirements

  • 5+ years of specialized expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ (Oracle), and Eloqua.
  • Strong background in business analysis, problem solving, troubleshooting, and debugging.
  • Proven experience with Agile Scrum methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce configurations.
  • Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ solutions.
  • Conduct discovery workshops, gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into user stories and functional/technical specifications.
  • Provide ongoing support post-implementation by analyzing case trends, resolving issues, and recommending process improvements.
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards using Salesforce Einstein Analytics to provide actionable business insights.
  • Facilitate communication between business and IT teams, ensuring clear understanding and smooth delivery of features.
  • Lead due diligence efforts and transformation roadmaps for operational and technological improvements.
