Requirements

  • 3+ years in product management or physician-practice operations leadership
  • Deep knowledge of specialty practice workflows and systems
  • Exceptionally clear writer
  • Analytical rigor
  • Excellent stakeholder communication
  • Experience with EHR/PM systems across multiple specialties (preferred)
  • Experience with conversational AI, voice products, or AI-native systems (preferred)
  • Experience running customer advisory boards or similar client programs (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Write detailed, unambiguous product requirements and user stories for specialty-specific agent workflows
  • Embed with client practices to map front-office, back-office, and clinical-adjacent workflows firsthand
  • Stand up and run our first Customer Advisory Board
  • Prioritize the specialty workflow roadmap with the rest of the Product and Engineering teams
  • Define and track success metrics: containment rate, transfer rate, scheduling accuracy, patient satisfaction
  • Synthesize client feedback and clinical best practices into product decisions
