Requirements
- 3+ years in product management or physician-practice operations leadership
- Deep knowledge of specialty practice workflows and systems
- Exceptionally clear writer
- Analytical rigor
- Excellent stakeholder communication
- Experience with EHR/PM systems across multiple specialties (preferred)
- Experience with conversational AI, voice products, or AI-native systems (preferred)
- Experience running customer advisory boards or similar client programs (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Write detailed, unambiguous product requirements and user stories for specialty-specific agent workflows
- Embed with client practices to map front-office, back-office, and clinical-adjacent workflows firsthand
- Stand up and run our first Customer Advisory Board
- Prioritize the specialty workflow roadmap with the rest of the Product and Engineering teams
- Define and track success metrics: containment rate, transfer rate, scheduling accuracy, patient satisfaction
- Synthesize client feedback and clinical best practices into product decisions
