Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Three to five years of sales and marketing experience.
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong data analytics skills for forecasting and performance analysis.
  • Knowledge of global service operations and commercial dynamics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, PowerBI, SAP, and CRM products.
  • Valid passport for international travel.
  • Valid Class C driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Manage service product portfolio including definition, pricing, and implementation.
  • Develop global marketing strategies to promote service contracts.
  • Generate sales leads for regional teams.
  • Automate processes for service contract quotations.
  • Provide direct support to regional teams on negotiations and customization.
  • Establish global pricing for contracts and parts.
  • Collaborate with Finance/IT to maintain CRM/ERP solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for field-based upgrades.
  • Report on service activities and performance metrics.
  • Align service delivery with customer success initiatives.
