Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in product management.
- Significant time at Staff or Principal level owning shared services like auth, permissions, audit logging, or eventing.
- Technical fluency in authentication protocols, event-driven architectures, GraphQL, and access control models.
- Experience translating enterprise requirements into platform decisions.
- Experience building or contributing to foundational AI infrastructure in a SaaS environment.
- Experience defining and tracking metrics like developer velocity and platform adoption.
- Proven cross-functional leadership and ability to maintain a shared vision.
- Familiarity with enterprise security and compliance frameworks like SOC 2, HIPAA, and PCI.
- Fluency with AI tools for discovery, tradeoff analysis, and communication.
- Experience in vertical SaaS, services-industry platforms, or multi-tenant B2B environments.
Responsibilities
- Own the platform foundation that every Boulevard product team builds on.
- Drive enterprise readiness by building granular permissions, audit trails, and identity infrastructure.
- Develop a deep understanding of developer needs to improve developer experience and velocity.
- Establish and track metrics such as reliability, developer velocity, platform adoption, and enterprise capability delivery.
- Own the roadmap, balancing near-term business impact with long-term architectural integrity.
- Make build-versus-buy decisions across the platform stack.
- Manage customer-facing capabilities like audit logging and permissions through launch, including pricing and packaging.
