Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the engineering organization
- Own delivery, quality, and reliability of the platform
- Set architecture direction with senior engineers
- Own the hiring bar, engineering process, and team health
- Partner closely with product on roadmap, sequencing, and tradeoffs
- Drive our security and compliance posture (HIPAA and beyond)
- Manage engineering budget, tooling, and vendor decisions
