- Demonstrated success in high performing sales and account management
- Proven track record of exceeding targets
- College degree with 4+ years of relevant work experience
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed underwriting performance and revenue goals
- Price accounts with competitive terms quickly and accurately
- Manage quote communication
- Collaborate with underwriting team on complex exposures
- Provide feedback on terms, rates, and policy forms
- Bind accounts through broker engagement
- Represent company at broker meetings and events
- Contribute to product roadmap
