Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience (7+ preferred).
- Full-stack proficiency: Web UX/UI, REST APIs, DB modeling, CI/CD, HTML/CSS.
- Experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
- Proficiency with Linux/MacOS command-line and Bash.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Expertise with React and related web tooling.
- Strong containerization skills using Docker.
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases (Postgres, MongoDB, DocumentDB).
- Understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and security attack vectors.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship production-grade systems end-to-end.
- Own technical decisions on architecture, cloud topology, observability, deployment, and security.
- Write secure, resilient, well-tested code and perform code reviews.
- Debug production incidents, performance regressions, and distributed system issues.
- Build prototypes and proofs of concept to validate technical ideas.
- Mentor teammates and serve as a technical resource.
- Research new technologies and refine engineering practices.
- Provide effort estimates and help present technical options to clients.
