Requirements
- Experience creating polished, visually engaging adult learning content (presentations, tutorials, guides, videos, digital learning resources).
- Experience developing multimedia training content (technical writing, storyboarding, scripting, video production, editing, motion graphics).
- High level of energy and comfort delivering professional learning in virtual and in-person settings.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deadlines.
- Ability to pass federal and state criminal background checks.
- Ability to properly manage confidential information.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging training resources using a variety of digital tools, including instructional videos, video editing, tutorials, guides, presentations, templates, and visually engaging support materials.
- Develop and deliver virtual, in-person, and self-paced professional learning experiences related to curriculum and instructional technology tools within the AMP ecosystem.
- Support the rollout and implementation of curriculum tools, instructional programs, and learning platforms through training and ongoing educator support.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively, humbly, and respectfully with school leaders, educators, and internal teams.
- Travel to partner schools to support training, professional development, implementation, and ongoing support initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned
