Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data operations, data integration, or technical client success.
- Experience in a healthcare SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience with SFTP/managed file transfer setup, troubleshooting, and spec documentation.
- Working knowledge of healthcare data formats including EDI 834/837, HL7, FHIR, and flat files.
- Ability to communicate technical requirements clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bias toward quality ownership and experience leading process improvement initiatives.
- Experience working across product, engineering, and client-facing teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as senior technical point of contact for data exchange negotiations with clients and vendors.
- Define and communicate expectations for inbound and outbound file exchanges.
- Lead onboarding of new client data feeds from kickoff through steady-state.
- Own the quality of data received from clients to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Establish and enforce data quality standards and acceptance criteria for all inbound feeds.
- Detect quality degradation trends and drive resolution with client technical teams.
- Partner with engineering and analytics to improve data quality for downstream outcomes.
- Maintain clear documentation of active integrations, specs, and data dictionaries.
- Monitor and manage ongoing file exchange workflows and triage issues.
- Collaborate with Client Success Managers and product teams on SLAs and platform tooling.
