- Demonstrated comfort and confidence on camera.
- Portfolio of short-form video content personally produced or appeared in.
- Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn algorithms and formats.
- Strong copywriting skills with ability to adapt brand voice.
- Experience managing social content calendars and publishing workflows.
- Comfort with social analytics tools.
- Experience partnering across creative, content, and marketing teams.
- Experience using social media management platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own and contribute to Later's social media content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Identify trending formats and sounds to create platform-native content.
- Produce and appear in short-form video content including Reels and TikToks.
- Write compelling copy for social posts, captions, and scripts.
- Monitor and engage with social communities to build connection.
- Analyze and report on social performance metrics to improve content strategy.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation, Creative, and Influencer teams.
- Run content experiments to test formats and cadences.
