Requirements

Master's degree in Nursing and Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner diploma
Active Nurse Practitioner licenses in at least 10 states
2+ years of experience in sexual health
Excellent communication skills and empathetic care delivery
Experience working in HIV prevention and/or with the LGBTQ2IA+ community
Availability to work within a rotating schedule that includes weekends
Experience working with gender and sexually diverse communities
Experience providing virtual care
Experience providing care to patients living with HIV

Responsibilities

Delivering inclusive, expert, virtual care through scheduled synchronous consultations through our virtual care platform
Leading comprehensive assessments for PrEP, DoxyPEP, STI prevention/treatment, and HIV-related care
Providing timely asynchronous care, including ordering labs and diagnostics, interpreting results, and prescribing medication
Maintaining accurate, detailed records in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
Collaborating with and acting as a resource for our team of Registered Nurses and support team members
Managing clinical escalations for complex cases
