Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering or related technical field with 6+ years of experience.
- Master’s Degree in CS/Robotics/EE with 3+ years of experience.
- Doctorate Degree in CS/Robotics/EE with 1+ year of experience.
- Strong C++ programming skills.
- Experience in a Linux development environment.
- Experience with Lean-Agile methodologies.
- Strong software design and architectural capabilities.
- Experience with full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Ability to collaborate across teams and mentor engineers.
Responsibilities
- Execute full software development lifecycle activities.
- Develop, implement, test, and maintain autonomous vehicle software.
- Collaborate with machine learning engineers and cross-functional partners.
- Design and implement data acquisition and analysis systems from remote vehicles.
- Use simulation software to validate performance and prevent regressions.
- Drive technical alignment and consensus across team interfaces.
- Mentor and guide other engineers within the group.
- Conduct root cause analysis for test issues and process automation.
