  • Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum.
  • Proficient with Playwright, Jest, Supertest, Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
  • Experience integrating test suites into CI/CD (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
  • Proficient in TypeScript/JavaScript and Bash scripting.
  • Solid experience with RESTful/gRPC API testing.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and execute comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases—both manual and automated—to validate feature functionality and system reliability.
  • Design and implement end-to-end UI and API integration tests using our proprietary testing framework, ensuring seamless interoperability across the front-end and back-end layers.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test suites, leveraging tools and frameworks to catch regressions and accelerate release cycles.
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to dissect requirements, review designs, and ensure testability from the earliest stages.
  • Triage, document, and track all defects—providing clear reproduction steps, impact assessments, and suggested remediation strategies.
  • Present concise test reports and risk analyses to stakeholders, highlighting critical issues and recommending prioritization.
  • Engage actively in sprint ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives) to champion quality every step of the way.
  • Conduct thorough regression and integration testing after each code change to verify fixes and prevent unintended side effects.
  • Keep QA deliverables—test plans, cases, scripts, and results—organized, versioned, and easily accessible for audits and knowledge sharing.
  • Continuously research and adopt emerging QA best practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance our testing capabilities and efficiency.
