Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in public health, statistics, or related field.
- 2 years of experience working with R or SAS.
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple data sources for data quality.
- Strong, demonstrated experience with SAS.
- Familiarity with R coding.
- Clear communication (written and verbal).
- Must be able to obtain a NAC clearance.
Responsibilities
- Develop SAS programs for validating surveillance, clinical, or research study data.
- Verify that all variables are present and extraneous variables are excluded.
- Identify data discrepancies and other inconsistencies.
- Develop codebooks and data management plans.
- Run duplicate procedures and comparison of results to ensure validity.
- Conduct geospatial and molecular HIV analysis and interpret results using R.
- Work collaboratively with other analysts to develop novel code.
- Support dissemination and reporting of data to internal and external partners.
