Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant experience delivering data and analytics engagements in the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry.
- 2+ years of data science or patient analytics experience preferred.
- Experience in advanced analytics techniques for predictive analysis.
- Proficiency in machine learning, statistical analysis, and data manipulation using Python, R, or similar tools.
- Expertise in analytics and visualization tools such as Alteryx, SAS, Tableau, or PowerBI.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to deal with unstructured real-world problems.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor junior team members.
- Ability to operate effectively in an international matrix environment and work with US clients.
Responsibilities
- Independently execute patient solution projects with global teams.
- Design and execute advanced analytics solutions to address specific patient-centric business needs.
- Work with project leads and engagement managers to conduct high-quality analysis.
- Establish project milestones and manage potential risks.
- Solve complex business problems using structured and unstructured data.
- Contribute to firm-level initiatives, including capability building and standardization.
- Develop and maintain knowledge repositories and training plans.
- Mentor and coach junior resources on analytical approaches and commercial use cases.
