Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in any ETL tool (Talend Preferred)
- Solid hands-on experience with Talend Open Studio for Data Integration, Talend Administration Centre, and Talend Data Quality
- Knowledge of SCD and normalization jobs
- Proficiency in Configuring Talend Studio, Job Server, and components
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Experience with databases like Oracle, RedShift, Snowflake
- Knowledge of Python, Java, and shell scripting
- Working knowledge of reusable joblets
- Experience with ETL/ELT, data transformation, mapping, and profiling
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Science, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Develop and design ETL jobs according to best practices
- Configure Talend Studio, Job Server, and components
- Create and refine ETL data mappings
- Develop complex SQL queries for data extraction and loading
- Implement custom Talend components using Python or Java
- Design and create reusable joblets
- Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues
- Mentor junior team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
