Responsibilities
- Build a deep understanding of various business models for SaaS businesses.
- Map those business models with specific customers.
- Directly work with customers and build their operating and financial plan using best of the breed practices.
- Onboard customers onto the Drivetrain platform.
- Manage the data pipeline to consolidate data from various sources.
- Write complex SQL queries for dashboarding and analytical purposes.
- Map key business KPIs to data sources.
- Develop insights on how KPIs impact company progress.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all data-related inquiries.
- Own customer relationships and represent Drivetrain.
