Responsibilities

  • Build a deep understanding of various business models for SaaS businesses.
  • Map those business models with specific customers.
  • Directly work with customers and build their operating and financial plan using best of the breed practices.
  • Onboard customers onto the Drivetrain platform.
  • Manage the data pipeline to consolidate data from various sources.
  • Write complex SQL queries for dashboarding and analytical purposes.
  • Map key business KPIs to data sources.
  • Develop insights on how KPIs impact company progress.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all data-related inquiries.
  • Own customer relationships and represent Drivetrain.
