Requirements

Deep, hands-on experience in the advertising domain (OpenRTB, Pre-bid, server-side/header bidding).
Expertise in bidstream enrichment and ad decisioning.
Experience with video/CTV delivery and server-side ad insertion.
Strong programming and architecture fundamentals across varied stacks.
Proven experience building data pipelines and real-time systems at scale.
Ability to analyze systemic weaknesses and simplify unfamiliar architectures.
Understanding of latency and throughput tradeoffs for high-volume traffic.

Responsibilities

Own the architecture of ad stack systems.
Design and evolve high-throughput, low-latency services.
Set technical direction and influence scaling decisions.
Resolve complex issues like real-time bidding bottlenecks and data sync drops.
Partner with product owners to shape development and explain tradeoffs.
Mentor developers and define excellence standards.
Advise leadership on long-term technical strategy and privacy frameworks.
