- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks in quick succession.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of short-term and long-term leave of absences from inception to completion.
- Maintain ongoing knowledge of State, Federal, and company leave policies including FMLA and ADA.
- Review eligibility, certification, and benefits for employees.
- Interface with employees, HR, payroll, and managers through phone and email.
- Partner with internal payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Collaborate with internal claims management to file and manage claim filings.
- Collect and share product feedback to help improve the platform.
- Implement process improvements to resolve inefficiencies.
