Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management combined with a software engineering or technical background.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional technology programs.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, architecture, and technical systems.
- Ability to read and review code in Python and JavaScript.
- Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in enterprise-scale, multi-platform environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in project planning, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience working with executive leadership and driving program-level strategic planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be available to work Pacific Time Zone hours.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs while balancing scope, quality, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risks.
- Develop and execute program roadmaps across multiple AI-enabled business initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams.
- Track program metrics, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Manage project planning activities including requirements gathering, schedule management, and status reporting.
- Review technical solutions, architecture discussions, and code concepts.
- Develop launch plans, track bugs and feedback items, and partner with stakeholders to drive issues through resolution.
- Proactively identify program risks and remove blockers.
- Leverage AI tools and automation capabilities to improve program efficiency.
- Present program updates, recommendations, and execution status to leadership.
