Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a related field, or equivalent clinical experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical echocardiography experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
  • Certification in relevant imaging modalities preferred (e.g., ARRT, RDCS, RCS).
  • Strong expertise in cardiovascular imaging principles, including structural heart imaging and multi-modality interpretation.
  • Hands-on experience with imaging systems and modalities such as 2D/3D TTE, TEE, ICE, CT, and MRI.
  • Proficiency with imaging analysis software (e.g., 3Mensio, TomTec, Vitrea, Circle CVI, Xcelera, or similar platforms).
  • Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and clinical documentation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate, guide, and influence clinical stakeholders and field teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills in complex clinical environments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across clinical, commercial, and technical teams in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced analysis of multi-modality cardiovascular imaging (CT, TTE/TEE, ICE, MRI) to support transcatheter mitral and tricuspid therapy case planning.
  • Conduct detailed 3D CT reconstructions to assess anatomical suitability and support optimal patient-specific procedural planning.
  • Generate comprehensive imaging reports and measurements to guide clinical decision-making and procedural strategy.
  • Track and manage case planning workflows across multiple technical platforms in coordination with field teams, sales operations, IT, and external stakeholders.
  • Enter and maintain accurate case planning data within CRM systems and ensure data integrity across workflows.
  • Train field teams and healthcare providers on imaging acquisition, interpretation, and case planning best practices.
  • Identify imaging or workflow gaps and propose process improvements to enhance case planning accuracy and efficiency.
  • Contribute to quality assurance processes, knowledge sharing sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives across the clinical imaging function.
