Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in business intelligence, performance reporting, analytics, or dashboard development.
- Strong expertise in interpreting and evaluating dashboards, KPIs, and data visualization tools.
- Native or professional fluency in English, with excellent written communication skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially PowerPoint and Google Slides.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to assess both technical accuracy and presentation quality.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate AI-generated BI dashboards, performance reports, spreadsheets, and slide decks against structured evaluation rubrics.
- Identify issues related to data accuracy, visualization clarity, analytical rigor, and narrative consistency.
- Provide detailed, structured, and actionable written feedback to improve output quality.
- Ensure consistency in evaluation standards across multiple AI-generated artifacts.
- Contribute expert judgment to refine how BI outputs are interpreted and graded in training workflows.
