Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proven experience operating within private-equity-backed organizations
- Deep expertise in U.S. GAAP and technical accounting
- Advanced knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition
- Demonstrated success rebuilding or transforming accounting functions
- Extensive experience managing global accounting organizations
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite
- Familiarity with advanced revenue recognition platforms such as RevPro
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Active CPA license strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead the global monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process
- Oversee all aspects of financial reporting
- Own technical accounting functions, including revenue recognition, ASC 606 compliance
- Manage lender compliance reporting and covenant calculations
- Direct external audit engagements and statutory audits
- Lead treasury-related accounting oversight
- Develop, mentor, and scale global accounting teams
- Partner closely with Finance, Tax, Revenue Operations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation
