Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in commercial credit, lending, or commercial banking
- Strong understanding of commercial lending guidelines, credit risk frameworks, and financial analysis
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external client groups
- Demonstrated experience in relationship building, negotiation, and influencing without direct authority
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong analytical capability
- Understanding of Indigenous communities, or experience working closely with Indigenous clients and stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of Indigenous Banking strategy in collaboration with senior regional leadership
- Provide guidance across credit risk, business analysis, reporting, and strategic initiatives
- Act as a strategic advisor on portfolio management
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
- Participate in committees and working groups for strategic planning
- Coach and support business banking and regional teams
- Contribute to sound lending decisions and commercial outcomes
