Requirements
- Strong experience in software engineering, system architecture, and technical leadership roles, with exposure to AI/ML-driven solutions.
- Proven ability to solve complex technical problems with a structured, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
- Hands-on experience with LLM integration, AI agents, and modern AI development frameworks.
- Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS or other providers) and building scalable, production-grade systems.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with or interest in AI SDLC methodologies such as AI-DLC, Spec-driven development, or similar frameworks.
- Strong mindset for continuous improvement, challenging existing processes and driving engineering excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with business objectives, while guiding technical teams through complex architecture decisions.
- Build and evolve machine learning models and AI solutions that support automation of SDLC processes, clearly defining data models and system structures across the lifecycle.
- Develop and integrate solutions using LLM APIs and agent-based frameworks to enable intelligent automation and advanced business functionalities.
- Design and maintain cloud-based infrastructure to support AI applications, ensuring performance, security, and operational efficiency at scale.
- Monitor production systems and models, continuously optimizing performance and implementing improvements based on real-world usage and feedback.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation covering architectures, models, and processes to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.
- Drive innovation by researching emerging AI trends and proposing improvements to existing systems and engineering practices.
