Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, BDR/SDR roles, or similar high-volume, performance-driven sales environments.
  • Native-level fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to close deals and consistently convert prospects in a structured outbound sales motion.
  • Strong resilience, persistence, and comfort handling rejection and long follow-up cycles.
  • Experience working independently in remote, target-driven environments.
  • Availability to work aligned with US business hours.
  • Strongly preferred experience engaging both SMB and enterprise-level customers.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Apollo, Saleshandy, Mixmax, Instantly, Smartlead, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in high-volume cold calling and multi-channel outreach campaigns.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach across email, phone, SMS, LinkedIn, and Zoom to convert assigned leads into active host signups.
  • Maintain persistent, multi-touch follow-up sequences to engage prospects, overcome objections, and drive conversions.
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition, tailoring messaging to different host types including individuals, SMBs, and enterprise property managers.
  • Conduct live Zoom calls with prospects to demo the platform, address questions, and advance deals toward signup.
  • Drive prospects through the full conversion funnel with a strong focus on closing and measurable signup outcomes.
  • Support newly activated hosts during their early onboarding phase to help them complete setup and secure initial bookings.
  • Track outreach activity, pipeline progress, and conversion outcomes accurately in provided CRM and sales tools.
  • Continuously refine outreach strategy based on prospect feedback, objections, and performance patterns.
