Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales with a strong track record of closing deals in mid-market accounts
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required
  • Strong understanding of solution selling or similar consultative sales methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen with a goal-driven and ambitious mindset
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, and target-driven environments

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting, qualification, and solution presentation to negotiation and closing
  • Drive revenue growth by proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously across different stages of the pipeline
  • Deliver tailored demos and solution recommendations aligned with client needs and use cases
  • Handle inbound inquiries, including commercial, technical, and contractual questions with precision
  • Develop account expansion strategies to support upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handovers and continuous improvement
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to influence product and go-to-market strategy
