Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales with a strong track record of closing deals in mid-market accounts
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required
- Strong understanding of solution selling or similar consultative sales methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen with a goal-driven and ambitious mindset
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, and target-driven environments
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting, qualification, and solution presentation to negotiation and closing
- Drive revenue growth by proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously across different stages of the pipeline
- Deliver tailored demos and solution recommendations aligned with client needs and use cases
- Handle inbound inquiries, including commercial, technical, and contractual questions with precision
- Develop account expansion strategies to support upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handovers and continuous improvement
- Collect and relay customer feedback to influence product and go-to-market strategy
