Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience as a Product Data Scientist or Senior Data Scientist in a SaaS environment.
- Strong expertise in product experimentation, including A/B testing, statistical significance, and causal inference methodologies.
- Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience using libraries such as scikit-learn and MLflow.
- Proven ability to build and deploy machine learning models, including tree-based models and regression techniques.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with Product, Engineering, and Design stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex analytical results into clear business recommendations for executive audiences.
- Experience with large-scale product or behavioral datasets and a strong analytical mindset.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of product experimentation programs, including A/B testing and causal inference, to identify opportunities that improve activation, retention, and engagement.
- Develop and deploy machine learning models such as gradient boosting machines, random forests, and logistic regression to generate actionable product insights and predictions.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to translate business challenges into structured data problems and analytical solutions.
- Communicate findings, model outputs, and experiment results through clear, compelling narratives tailored to executive and stakeholder audiences.
- Establish best practices for experimentation design, statistical rigor, and ML workflows to scale data science impact across the organization.
- Continuously refine data pipelines and analytical frameworks to support reliable, scalable, and repeatable insights generation.
