Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a data science/decision science (or equivalent)
- Time as the primary DS for a domain
- Excellent SQL & Python skills
- Hands-on experience with data pipeline tools such as dbt and Airflow
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communicator capable of presenting to senior leadership
- Good understanding of business practices, sales, and client behavior
- Experience with applied statistics or experimentation in an industry setting
- Understanding of fundamental machine-learning algorithms
- Experience putting machine learning models into production
- Experience in managing/mentoring team members in a formal or informal capacity
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain new data models that are accurate and reliable
- Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders from Data Science, Commercial Leadership, Sales Operations, Product, Design, and Engineering
- Define, prototype, implement and improve ML models
- Design experiments to test hypotheses
- Build/maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to support north star metrics
- Teach and learn from teammates
