Requirements

  • Strong experience in UX/UI design with a focus on product growth and data-driven iteration.
  • Experience working across the full design lifecycle: discovery, prototyping, validation, delivery, and iteration.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of analytics, experimentation, A/B testing, and metric-driven product development.
  • Familiarity with product-led growth principles and optimization of funnels and user journeys.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including Product, Engineering, and Data.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and collaboration tools like Jira and Notion.
  • Strong analytical thinking combined with creativity, curiosity, and user empathy.

Responsibilities

  • Design user-centered flows and interfaces to improve value perception, reduce friction, and maximize conversion and revenue outcomes.
  • Map and evolve key journeys such as onboarding, activation, purchase, expansion, and retention using data and research insights.
  • Create low and high-fidelity prototypes, running fast cycles of hypothesis, testing, learning, and iteration.
  • Apply behavioral psychology principles ethically to improve decision-making and product performance.
  • Define and monitor growth metrics alongside cross-functional teams, ensuring proper instrumentation and analysis.
  • Conduct usability tests and qualitative/quantitative validation to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate daily with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing teams to align business and user needs.
  • Document design decisions, experiment outcomes, and learnings to build shared knowledge across the team.
