Responsibilities
- Conduct user research activities including interviews with users and stakeholders to gather insights and validate hypotheses.
- Design information architecture including sitemaps, user flows, and usability structures for web and mobile products.
- Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to validate design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
- Plan and execute usability testing sessions and user validation studies to improve product experience.
- Perform heuristic evaluations and analyze UX metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Advocate for user-centered design practices and promote UX culture across teams.
- Work within agile environments applying Lean UX methodologies and contributing to design systems.
- Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in product design.
