Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Test Coordinator, Test Lead, QA Lead, or Test Manager in complex programme environments.
  • Strong experience in large-scale HR, HCM, ERP, or Workday transformation projects.
  • Solid understanding of testing methodologies, QA governance, and end-to-end test lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing activities.
  • Strong expertise in defect management using tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to create and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and RTMs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills across multi-vendor environments.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to quality detail.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies is an advantage.
  • Workday HCM or HR system implementation experience is highly desirable.
  • ISTQB certification and exposure to global transformation programmes are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the overall test strategy, including scope, approach, governance, quality gates, and entry/exit criteria.
  • Develop and manage detailed test plans, test cases, and scenarios aligned with business and technical requirements.
  • Ensure full requirements traceability through RTM and maintain testing documentation throughout the lifecycle.
  • Coordinate execution across SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing phases.
  • Monitor testing progress, coverage, risks, and quality metrics, ensuring delivery against timelines and milestones.
  • Manage end-to-end defect lifecycle, including logging, triage, prioritisation, resolution, validation, and closure.
  • Facilitate defect triage sessions and collaborate with development and vendor teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Act as the central point of contact for all testing activities across business and technical stakeholders.
  • Produce and present regular reporting, including test progress updates, defect dashboards, and readiness assessments.
  • Support UAT coordination, ensuring business users are guided and sign-off is successfully achieved.
