Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in software quality engineering, QA, or test automation roles
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Katalon, Ranorex, or TestComplete
- Experience testing web and/or mobile applications
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Experience in regulated environments such as pharmaceuticals or clinical trials is a strong plus
- Understanding of FDA regulations, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Proactive mindset
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications
- Participate in the full testing lifecycle including test planning, design, scripting, execution, review, and reporting
- Execute functional, integration, system, and regression testing
- Create and maintain manual test cases
- Manage defect tracking, test execution progress, and reporting using tools such as JIRA
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and QA teams
- Contribute to validation activities ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as FDA, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11
- Participate in Agile ceremonies
- Review work from junior team members
- Continuously improve automation frameworks and testing processes
