Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or extensive equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of leadership experience in complex, global operational environments.
- 5+ years of experience managing teams in technical or project-driven organizations.
- Background in power generation, field services, or heavy industrial outage environments.
- Proven experience with gas and/or steam turbine projects.
- Expertise in project controls, planning tools (e.g., Primavera), and outage cost management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Willingness to travel (approx. 10–20%).
- Professional proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional project controls and productivity operations across assigned outage programs.
- Manage and develop a team of Project Controls Analysts.
- Oversee outage planning, execution, and closeout processes.
- Partner with regional service leaders to optimize outage delivery and cost efficiency.
- Analyze job cost estimates, manpower loading, and resource utilization.
- Conduct site visits to support Lean Action Workouts and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement corrective actions for underperforming outages.
- Drive standardized reporting rhythms, governance frameworks, and performance dashboards.
