Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or extensive equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in complex, global operational environments.
  • 5+ years of experience managing teams in technical or project-driven organizations.
  • Background in power generation, field services, or heavy industrial outage environments.
  • Proven experience with gas and/or steam turbine projects.
  • Expertise in project controls, planning tools (e.g., Primavera), and outage cost management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 10–20%).
  • Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Lead regional project controls and productivity operations across assigned outage programs.
  • Manage and develop a team of Project Controls Analysts.
  • Oversee outage planning, execution, and closeout processes.
  • Partner with regional service leaders to optimize outage delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Analyze job cost estimates, manpower loading, and resource utilization.
  • Conduct site visits to support Lean Action Workouts and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions for underperforming outages.
  • Drive standardized reporting rhythms, governance frameworks, and performance dashboards.
