- Experience working with marketing metrics, reporting, tracking, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Familiarity with AI tools applied to marketing strategies and execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead growth marketing strategies focused on optimizing acquisition channels, improving funnel performance, and increasing conversion rates.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and market opportunities.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships, including relationship building, project execution, and co-marketing initiatives.
- Create educational materials and structured learning journeys for clients and the market in collaboration with partners.
- Plan, organize, and execute online and offline events aimed at lead generation, trial activation, and brand strengthening.
- Analyze performance metrics, event ROI, and campaign results to identify insights and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Work in a generalist marketing capacity, identifying and activating growth opportunities across the full marketing ecosystem.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution consistency.
