Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing and demand generation roles.
- Strong experience working with marketing funnels, automation, and lifecycle strategies.
- Solid background in digital marketing, content marketing, and paid media channels.
- Experience with B2B marketing environments is required.
- Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEMrush.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced and high-growth environments.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and performance.
- Manage the full marketing funnel, ensuring consistency across acquisition, nurturing, and conversion stages.
- Analyze campaign performance and channel metrics, identifying insights and proposing data-driven improvements.
- Build, optimize, and maintain automation flows and audience segmentation strategies to improve marketing efficiency.
- Run A/B tests and experiments across campaigns, channels, and messaging to validate and implement learnings.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and other internal teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution consistency.
- Contribute to ongoing marketing projects and initiatives, supporting overall team objectives and growth strategies.
