Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare or social assistance roles
- Native-level proficiency in Malayalam and strong professional English communication skills
- Background in roles such as registered nurse, healthcare administrator, medical secretary, nurse practitioner, or hospital operations supervisor
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, patient care processes, and healthcare administration systems
- Ability to assess medical accuracy, safety considerations, and operational realism in healthcare scenarios
- Experience working within hospital environments or healthcare service delivery systems in India is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and quality assurance mindset
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote contractor setup
Responsibilities
- Design realistic healthcare and social assistance scenarios in Malayalam based on Indian clinical and hospital environments
- Develop structured evaluation frameworks to assess clinical reasoning, administrative accuracy, and patient safety considerations
- Review and evaluate AI-generated and human-generated responses for medical correctness, realism, and communication quality
- Create benchmark “gold standard” solutions aligned with healthcare best practices and patient care standards
- Ensure scenarios reflect real-world workflows such as patient intake, care coordination, nursing processes, and hospital administration
- Evaluate safety implications and contextual appropriateness in healthcare-related outputs
- Contribute domain expertise to improve AI understanding of clinical and healthcare operational environments
- Work asynchronously with global teams to refine datasets, evaluation guidelines, and quality benchmarks
