Requirements
- 6–10+ years of product management experience
- Deep domain expertise in programmatic advertising, publisher monetization, and brand safety
- Strong understanding of Google Ad Manager, Prebid/header bidding, SSP/DSP ecosystem, and OpenRTB
- Experience with invalid traffic/fraud detection and compliance/policy enforcement
- Proven ability to define strategy and lead complex cross-functional initiatives
- Strong analytical skills using experimentation and operational data
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to independently drive initiatives from ambiguous problem spaces
Responsibilities
- Define and drive brand safety product strategy
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for brand safety and compliance systems
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory quality while balancing monetization and privacy policy
- Lead large-scale cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Ad Ops, and Legal
- Build and scale systems for policy compliance and marketplace quality signals
- Develop tooling for inventory scoring, compliance monitoring, and remediation workflows
- Leverage experimentation and machine learning to optimize inventory performance and quality
