Requirements
- Between zero and one year of commercial experience in Product Management or another role in the tech area.
- A strong passion for building good products.
- Familiarity with product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., Gemini).
- Openness and readiness to engage with our users in person or via video calls.
- An innate curiosity and a customer-first mentality.
- Fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Partner with experienced product managers to drive continuous discovery, conduct user research, analyze data, and define clear problem statements.
- Engage directly with our users, both the professionals running their businesses and the people booking services, to gather feedback and verify hypotheses.
- Work closely with engineers, designers, and data scientists to translate user needs into product requirements and roadmaps.
- Support the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring we ship features that delight our users.
- Be a key contributor in an environment that values continuous learning, curiosity, and a data-informed approach to problem-solving.
- Actively experiment with and champion the use of AI tools to improve customer experience, streamline workflows, and increase the speed of delivery from concept to launch.
