Requirements
- Deep knowledge of Wordpress, PHP, and Symfony framework.
- Ability to create/modify Wordpress plugins and themes.
- Experience handling multiple Wordpress sites.
- Experience handling databases such as MySQL.
- Experience working through cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Compliance with defined coding standards.
- Proficiency in business English.
- Knowledge of creating WP plugins and themes from scratch (bonus).
- Systems knowledge (Cache, Load balancers) (bonus).
- Familiarity with JIRA (bonus).
Responsibilities
- Full immersion into the team and participation in team planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
- Familiarization with the tech stack, focusing on the Secret Media Network and CI/CD workflows.
- Create and maintain production-grade PHP code for high-traffic applications.
- Define and prioritize product development with internal stakeholders.
- Assume responsibility for system components and evolve the platform based on user interactions.
- Launch large-scale initiatives from inception to production.
- Mentor team members through code reviews, architecture sessions, and pair programming.
