Requirements
- 4+ years of communications experience.
- 2+ years of dedicated employee communications experience.
- Strong working knowledge of HR functions and employee engagement.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Ukrainian.
- High attention to detail and proactivity.
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving environment without constant supervision.
- Experience with Ukrainian, US, or EU companies preferred.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Figma, Asana, Slido, Slack, and HR platforms.
Responsibilities
- Craft and distribute internal strategic messaging to a global employee base.
- Write announcements, articles, and content for policy updates and company milestones.
- Develop a visually engaging monthly newsletter with the Graphics Team.
- Create content for all-employee meetings, surveys, and personality features.
- Act as an employee advocate and facilitate two-way communication channels.
- Analyze and summarize employee survey results.
- Coordinate production of all-employee meetings, including slide decks and Q&A prep.
