Requirements
- 8+ years building RESTful APIs in Go, Java, Python, Rust, or Scala.
- 5+ years in frontend frameworks like React with TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Deep understanding of software design and architecture.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch.
- Experience with cloud-native development.
- Experience with package/dependency managers (Maven, Gradle, NPM).
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with AI coding assistants.
- STEM background or relevant industry experience.
- Ability to obtain Security+ certification within 90 days of employment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end features on backend and frontend.
- Develop data-focused products using Kafka, Trino, DuckDB, and Superset.
- Perform deep software design and architecture.
- Manage large-scale relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch).
- Release software in cloud-native environments.
- Containerize solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Own complex work or project lifecycles.
- Collaborate with team members on data storytelling products.
